  3. Try to protect your goods from water contact, especially the trims.
  4. Keep your sizeable goods (such as masks, dresses or belts) away from pressure. Try to keep them in a way that will preserve all the curves and angles in the original form.
  5. To make sure your goods look like new, don't forget to clean them up with a wet cloth (except for beige leather).
  6. Goods such as dresses and skirts should never be stored flat. Hang them up so that they will not lose the shape in which you received them.

COVID-19 UPDATE

PURRSENSE has implemented new safety procedures to ensure the safety of our team members, valued customers, as well as our local communities. In order to maintain a safe environment for our team members and customers, we've implemented rigorous cleaning and disinfecting procedures within our production, packing, and shipping process.

 

While we are working hard to make sure we do our best to keep up with demand, we are experiencing delays in order processing. We follow safety procedures to minimize the impact to our customers while staying devoted to implementing new measures to remain safe and efficient. With that said, all carriers are experiencing delays across their delivery networks due to increased demand and humanitarian aid delivery prioritization. This includes updates to order tacking and delivery times.

We carefully handcraft all our products within 10 days. Add this time to the total delivery time to calculate when you will receive your item.

 

DUTIES AND TAXES

If you’re ordering from some country other than the Ukraine, there might be some import duties you might have to pay. PURRSENSE is not responsible for reporting or paying any exclusive or international taxes. All prices on the website, as well as the total cost of your order, do not include any sales tax or customs duties.

 

The customer is fully responsible for any taxes and duties they might need to pay. Should any local taxes or duties apply to the parcel, the customer will need to pay them to release the package from customs. Once the order is shipped, all duties and taxes become non-refundable. And if the customer returns any items, PURRSENSE does not refund any associated taxes and duties.

 

CANCELLATIONS

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our Refund Policy.
